Mix 1 scoop of powder with water or your favourite drink each morning.

Take 1 tablet with lunch and dinner daily.

Wonder powder
Having suffered from colitis and a nasty guy bacteria I gave this ago a few weeks ago and whilst I was not sure if it would be suitable I trust in the products that edible beauty create and decided to try it. I must admit I was t a fan of the flavour on its own but mixed into a banana smoothie it was completely palatable.
My gut health has improved since using it. I am not as bloated and I just feel better.

Found this defiantly helped with my bloating.
Mix with water takes a bit to dissolve then drink
Is has a rather sweet berry flavour to it , defiantly not disgusting.
