  • Application

    Prior to bathing or showering, begin by using the Body Brush on dry skin. Start at your feet and work your way up and around your entire body using gentle circular motions. Brush your arms, stomach, chest, and shoulders towards your armpits and heart. Avoid the face and any delicate areas. 

    Rinse your body in the shower or bath, then apply Phyto Stretch Mark Oil to hydrate and nourish.

    For best results, we recommend using the Body Brush 1-3 times per week.

    Please be sure to avoid areas that have an open wound, varicose veins, sun burn or rashes. Use light pressure on areas where the skin is softer and more pressure on those harder areas. Take care of the more sensitive areas of the body such as your chest, breasts and stomach. A slight pinkish colour may occur at first on your skin due to increased blood circulation. This is normal and shows that your skin brushing is working.
