Chocolate Protein Crunch Bars
These protein bars are jam packed with the ultimate superfoods. They are nut free so make the perfect lunch box treat and are super easy with no baking and just the one bowl needed!

Serves 8
Ingredients
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup tahini
3 tablespoons coconut nectar
1 tablespoon water
2 cups gluten free oats
1/3 cup cacao powder
½ cup Complexion Protein+ powder
2 tablespoons maca
½ cup buckwheat, activated
½ cup hemp seeds
½ cup cacao nibs Pinch Celtic salt
For the chocolate drizzle
1/4 cup dark chocolate, melted
Method
Line a 8-inch (20cm) square cake tin with parchment paper. Combine the coconut oil, tahini, coconut nectar and water in a bowl and whisk together.
Add all remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
Place the mixture into the cake pan and press down evenly.
Refrigerate for one hour to set.
Remove from cake tin and slice into bars.
Drizzle with melted chocolate.
Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a 1 week or the freezer for up to 2 months.
